Click on My Courses in your top menu to see if your course is still active. If you cannot see it then choose the 2025 Financial Services category instead from the Home page.
An enrolment key is only required once - so if you click on your course and you can see your full course, it means you have already entered your key and you can continue your studies.

This FNS40821 (Release 2) Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is the 2024 version of this course. Equivalent to the previous FNS40821 and FNS40820 and equally recognised, a Cert IV is the minimum qualification for those seeking a role in the broking/lending industry.  

FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management – Upgrade course - 2024

This FNS50322 Diploma course is the 2024 version of the Diploma "Upgrade".  Students undertaking this Upgrade Diploma course must have already achieved or be underway with achieving their Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.  If this is the first time you are accessing your Diploma course, please email enquiries@financeinstitute.com.au and ask us to transfer you to the 2025 version instead.
